Hi everyone! I’m Jay currently in the Atlanta, GA, US area. I lead Platform Engineering at Fiserv, and have previously been at VistaPrint in Boston, AOL/HuffPost/Engadget/TechCrunch in DC Metro, and a few other places before. We're learning how to scale out our IDP from our teams in PlatEng, to work across multiple DevOps & SRE teams across many different CIOs and 10k+ developers. It is challenging for sure, but only way we see to let all the various priority 1s be successful without creating bureaucracy bottlenecks in our heavily regulated global financial services industry.

Hi, I'm Siz, currently working as a Database Platform Engineering Manager for a Fintech in the UK. I'm part of a wider PaaS team comprised of BigData, K8s and Messaging stacks.
