I am sure your engineering teams have already  embedded the culture of engineering excellence, DevOps, SRE, and all facets of product development. At Nagarro(<http://www.nagarro.com|www.nagarro.com>)  we also focus a lot on engineering excellence and developers’ productivity. As part of my area of interest which is building engineering excellence , we have been working on defining advanced stages of DevOps maturity and focusing on how to improve the day-to-day lives of engineering teams and build standardizations.  It would be good to connect to know what you have been doing in IDP/platform engineering and also we can talk what our focus areas.  Let me know what you think~
