Hi Anis, my humble opinion.
It depends on what area you want to get into, and what role you envision taking. But if you're a beginner and want to stay on the executive end of things, I would strongly recommend some kind of "cloud for business leaders" cert to get started. Then pick any cloud provider and do their initial cert to get a feel of how the cloud is implemented. Then you can explore specific tech stacks or technologies.
If you want to be more hands-on, I suggest starting with a Linux cert first, then some kind of networking cert, then get into the cool techs and cloud provider.
Many people get straight into the cool techs but struggle because they don't have strong fundamentals.
