Goodmorning all! My name is Alois Wehlburg and I am located in the Netherlands. I am 23 years old with 3 years of devops (and other things) experience, but I learned about Platform Engineering yesterday and was immediately intrigued. I am a generalist. I love to learn about things, and my core principle is to focus mostly on learning how to approach a problem, not learning how to solve a specific problem - although life is never black and white!! I love having a top-down overview of things, as it helps me understand the context of the more detailed concepts, and I love helping people get better or make it easier for others in my direct vicinity. Combine those things together and I believe a role as Platform Engineer seems perfect for me 🤩 I cannot wait to indulge myself into this community and see what it has in store, and who knows, maybe I might even become a full-fledged Platform Engineer someday... 😄 I am always open for talks, tips, offers and more, and I hope you all have a lovely day!
