<@U049SK666EM> this is a good article.  I have been thinking about frameworks from a product perspective as well for infrastructure and for internal developer platforms.

One approach I am trying to do a better job articulating includes finding a team with a horizontal application and help make that an easy to deploy/configure primitive.

For example it’s a service that all the products need: trust and safety or authentication. Or logging. 

It seems like lots of focus is on traditional ALM of commodity compute and I think IdP ultimately are PaaS but for the company.
