Great article! Do you find that this builds strong team boundaries when teams don't necessarily share the same processes for meeting their operational goals? or do you find that the collaborative side of it means teams are empowered to share what's effective and avoid what doesn't work for them?
Great Article! 🙂 @Ben Meier - I think having teams that can (and have to) work more autonomously also comes with a price for those teams: They have to proactively build up a community of sharing knowledge. Or else we'll be back to "more effective silos" - typical Uncle Ben moment: Large power = large responsibility or something, right? 😄 For me this means the organisation has to create spaces, where these autonomous teams can share their learnings - and those teams have the responsibility of actually filling that space and creating an internal community.
