hello! my name is Phillip Verheyden and I am a staff engineer at Shipwell. Shipwell is a logistics platform, specifically a TMS (Transportation Management System). I currently run our ‘Shared Services’ squad and help with a lot of facets such as our CI/CD process, some terraform, platform services like our event bus, our common libraries that ensure people are following best practices across services, observability (OpenTelemetry -> Datadog), all that fun stuff! Our tech stack is Python (Django and FastAPI), AWS (ECS and RDS plus many more like lambdas for a few things, S3 buckets, etc), Postgres, RabbitMQ, terraform, Jenkins
