K8s has made things a 1000 times more complex. Installing stuff like ES was already painful, now it's worse on k8s. Not to mention the added overhead of writing templated manifests, helm charts or kustomize. Now we have to worry about making sure ingress controllers don't go up in flames. Miss just having to ssh or use ansible to configure 1000s of clusters easily. Anyways welcome to Platform Engineering even when dealing with k8s seems like pulling teeth.
