Howdy - I noticed that there wasn't a specific slack channel here for people working a a Data Platform and so I created #platform-data. For some the term data-platform, may be synonymous with data lake or lakehouse, but in terms of what I work on day-to-day we're consciously building a horizontal data-platform with the intention that such a platform is leveraged across our company in much the same way as any other shared technological platform. Would be very interested in hearing from others engaged on the same mission and perhaps you can join me over on #platform-data and tell me what you think.
