Hello @Jeremy Meiss, Wonderful talk I've got a lot from it. You’ve mentioned that platform teams should look beyond surface level metrics to find most meaningful data. What’s your opinion on combining metrics data from the platform with data from developers, for example short monthly surveys about parts of the platform (CI, releases, reliability, cognitive load etc.)?

@Szymon St2808 that seems reasonable - but as is always the case with metrics... make sure you know what result you're trying to identify/quantify. Metrics just because you can is poor metrics. Looking for trends is good though, like noticing that releases during X time of the quarter always take longer than any other time, etc.
