Hello @Vilas Veeraraghavan very interesting talk. What could be the best way to measure DevEx efforts outcomes? Is it DORA metrics, developer surveys or combination of both? Do you also have any thoughts about how to quntify DevEx survey results to get the most from it?

Metrics are all about how you use them. The ways that have worked for me in the past has been a combo of DORA metrics with dev surveys.
