Hi everyone, the platform group at my company Vidyard is hiring, we have 2 teams of 5 devs each, one that I support and we are looking for an Engineering Manager to support the second team. In this role, you will be partnering with a Staff Engineer, a Sr. PM, a Director of Engineering and myself to strategize on how we can create the foundation that our product teams of 60 devs can leverage in order to shorten feedback loops, reduce cognitive load and maximize their flow state.
