I enjoyed your talk "The future of Ops is platform engineering" and looks like you were saying that "platform team" goal is not Slo or reliability for the business but the efficiency of delivering the code and reduction of cognitive load. If yes who would be responsible for SLA/SLO for the business product - software engineers directly? The platform is providing the vehicle for delivering and running the code, but software engineers are now responsible for SLA for the business product. Is this the right understanding or am I missing something?
