What are the various metrics one would like to capture and present to measure benefits of adopting self-service portal ?
We developed a commercial product called QMCLOUD.io and the benefits/metrics are mainly around productivity, time to prod, sla for internal app team consumption, reusability. We have a few use cases that I can share more details if u are interested. You can dm me if required.

sorry. the video itself doesn't have the metrics. What i meant is that this product is a self service portal product for infra and paas teams (As per Gartner's definition of IDP (internal Developer Platform). i can share metrics that our customers are using to justify and track the usefulness of a self service portal like product. Sorry, if this is not what was asked originally.
