yes I just started a customer advisory board (basically a monthly meeting to talk with stakeholders)
but I can also see who is using our 'platform' (the main functionality it provides is letting developers at my company build new APIs easily) and I spend a little bit of time each week reaching out and asking for feedback
we have a slack channel for feedback / questions, but I find some people are more forthcoming when you ask directly
a champions program is an interesting idea too
