Hello All I am Noe Lorona, currently a Doctoral Candidate in Management with a Concentration in Technology Management at Colorado Technical University and an active Duty Army Captain. As part of my dissertation research, I am conducting a study titled: "Strategies Employed by Project Managers when Adopting Agile DevSecOps to Manage Software Development in the DoD" The research aims to explore the strategies used by project managers when adopting Agile DevSecOps within Department of Defense software development projects. The research involves an interview process that will last approximately 30-60 minutes, where you will have the chance to share your valuable insights and experiences. -I am primarily looking for participants who have been or currently are in product or project management contractor roles in software development projects in the DoD. -Not recruiting directly employed DoD individuals or Active Duty service members at this time. I am implementing a snowball sampling method, so even if you personally do not fit these criteria, your recommendation of others who do would be incredibly beneficial to my study. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you can choose to withdraw at any point.
