Guess still not clear when you mention replicated in customer and problems yiu are facing. Are you looking for devops best practices in general for a customer service team (technical, functional or any thing specific)? Or what role does customer service plays in devops? Customer service is a very generic term so..ay be add clarity there. Anyways there are many best practices and our lessons learned that I can share but in our krg there is no one team for customer service as such.
