this is solid stuff!  I'm currently experiencing most of all  # 5 _I wanted to make everyone happy with the Platform._ 

how do you recognize when you're dealing with / getting feedback from an “extreme” team?

they usually try to take over the discussion &amp; decisions (this is for the mature team). They also do not use tools which are in general being used (either they do not use it at all, if we have not mature team - or, they "prefer our own" if we have a technically mature one)

simplifying - those "extreme" teams are either veery silent - or veeeery loud :slightly_smiling_face:
