Hi Julian what we did was instrument our platform to track <https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/devops-sre/using-the-four-keys-to-measure-your-devops-performance|DORA> metrics for all services deploying through our platform and present them to the owning business units/teams. They would often take those numbers and translate the time/cost savings themselves. This was for a 4000+ person high-tech enterprise company.
