Appreciate the inclusion of the reality with Backstage that most companies struggle to get past 10% adoption with such Open Source approach

I love this article - it really goes to show that you can't just build a platform, there are some key activities involved in presenting it in the right way, involving the teams in its creation, and sharing the wins. Culture is once again the crucial area of focus!
