We did an exercise today of “non-negotiable” platform asks. We put in scores for • business value - does it bring in revenue or save money • Time sensitive- hard deadline, eol type stuff • Risk reduction These are not exactly measurements, but they are things that matter to the business and internal platforms are squarely in the middle of providing this type of value
