Hi Everyone! E-bate https://www.e-bate.io/ is hiring for a freelance AWS Solution Architect / Engineer to help with a database migration from Microsoft SQL to Aurora Postgres using AWS DMS. Its a fully remote position but must align with UK timezones. We are seeking someone who is hands-on and can help with the implementation as well as guide some of the detailed solution design decisions. Someone who also has some DBA knowledge and handled design of storage solutions would be ideal. As part of this work we will have to also consider DR and Failover, Scaling and Edge locations(AWS Global Accelerator) for international customers. This person will work alongside the internal team to help plan the migration and help carry out the implementation tasks.
