You need to see this more holistically like a product vs just only DevOps metrics etc. so apart from developer productivity, DORA metrics etc you need to adopt product oriented metrics like: 
• product aka IDP adoption rate
• feature adoption rate in the IDP 
• Time to value 
• Usage frequency 
• NPS
• And more
