12/19/2023, 11:03 PMthe issue becomes evaluation vs ideology imo. If you give specific titles you need to look at mastery of craft at calibrations.
the mastery becomes super precise and then you can easily end up with inflation
if you stick to fewer roles that focus less on experience based/esoteric mastery impact becomes clearer and levels the playing field as well
