stuff will almost always arrive destroyed on the first attempt if it's breakable. But our customer service is top notch - replacement instantly on the way with a pic and zero hassle.

many times minor damage could be repaired and after selling it you come out ahead. I was welcoming breakage by the end

I ordered a glass china cabinet for a friend. A few of the shipments he just shook the box some and refused delivery because it sounded like a box of broken glass lol. It's usually zero packaging and just the box around breakables.

it's not designed to be shipped for final mile at all. You'd think our suppliers would get tired of shrinkage at some point and add something
