Unless they are counting today as my termination date, therefore just short of 2 yrs

Not sure if this method is the same across events
They also may round down as opposed to up on years of service

My thinking is by the time of the termination date it will have been 2 yrs, but they may be counting from today and rounding down

They do use today as a marker for tenure, yes. I think it was in the initial paperwork
