I have no idea how to run a company so it's entirely my peanut gallery opinion but I have read that research has shown one big round is better for morale than successive smaller rounds when it comes to layoffs, and I can see how successive rounds can be stressful or chaotic for remaining folks, just my two cents no one asked for 😂
