I got some deets from Harsha on Klaviyo. • Interviews weren't too bad, he judges them as 'medium' difficulty and he didn't find it really challenging as a software role. They gave him a coding/systems challenge that he described as 'snuck in' • 'senior' roles there map to something between wayfair L3/L4, Lead would be L5 or a very high L4 • higher cash comp with fewer RSUs than wayfair. • RTO is 2 days a week if you are < 50 miles from Boston/Denver and they strictly enforce it. sad trombone, candidate has to be very strong to consider remote • he says the platform/dev-tooling is immature and similar to Wayfair circa 2019. Lot of reliance on monolith architecture. • they're around 1600 staff and 350 engineers • "you'll enjoy it here if you liked the stack at wayfair" • "work is great, people are smart, things get done and benefits are decent"

One caveat in all this. There is always a personal lens on how people perceive difficulty. Whats medium for Harsha might be hard for others
