Do you measure important metrics like time to first hop, time to brew, time from brew to consume?

The brewing process yes. The consuming process, no!
Fermentation isn’t fully measured ( yet ) - i ferment under pressure in a temperature controlled enclosure but don’t yet track pressure
Gravity ( suspended sugars ) are measured - so i can step the fermentation when it hits the right level

Remind me again, how long do you need to use the family tub for in the initial stages of the process?
