For leetcode, it will take me some time for me to actually do the prep work. I haven’t been doing this in a while, so it won’t be the best use of your time now. My internal target, accounting for upcoming vacation, is March if you’re still available at that time.
For system design, whenever you’re ready. Weekday, noon - 4pm preferably

How many rounds we are planning for? I just start picking up system design stuff so I am ok as a shadow at the beginning. For leetcode, I am ready to go. Weekday works for me(I may skip this week)

Ok, I am available, Haleyobourke@gmail.com is my email. As many sessions as you need. Also keep in mind @Andrew M. We can start with easy leetcodes. If you feel comfortable writing code in any language to solve easy problems I would say you are ready to start, no need to be solving mediums consistently before doing mocks. Ime, doing mocks early is helpful to know what to work on. I am in the same boat with systems design, I am intimidated to even start doing mocks or meeting with you as I feel unprepared, but sometimes you have to dive in to start getting feedback on which areas to improve.

@Jun Wang yeah leetcode is more important for junior-mid level anyways for those of us more senior we have to focus on systems design more
