So while we're on this topic... My resume has always been lists of accomplishments talking about the action, the skills/tech used, and the result with metrics where possible. The consultant through the service that W has given us as part of the package has told me that I should add a summary, a skills section, and remove the skills/tech from the items. This seems... very different to the past 10-15 years of feedback on my resumes, and is the opposite of what I'd want to see in one. Has anybody else used this service? Like some feedback seems useful but this part seems a bit sus for a tech resume to me, but I've also never thought too hard about mine and just fired it out.
