Won’t this be horrific for people who do the hiring when they have to sift through lots of hallucinations?

the market already has lots of hallucinations atm, but AiJ only benefits the candidates, to apply a lot too, to keep up with the saturated market.

I think this is necessary in order to survive in the market. It is like nuclear weapons. You will be beaten if you don't have it.
