Hi all. I'm struggling with how to implement a Production Readiness Checklist. Is using GitHub Issues a common approach? If there are any best practices or good articles, please let me know.

GitHub issue templates can be a good place to start, but sometimes people ignore those, so a Form is useful to guide the user through a process. GitHub Issue Templates does now support Forms (beta). You can also make a nice form in Slack, or roll your own.

I'm hearing that more and more folks put this kind of thing in their developer portal. LinkedIn have talked about this in the past, and I see the OpsLevel folks have a related (presumedly paid) Backstage plugin
