I haven't been very frequent here due to busy period, so late to the thread.
I am more than happy to help anyone here who is interested in the Team Topologies approach and make further connections and recommendations.
Our team is busy evolving the approach and there is a lot more nowadays than what you would find in the book.
The website is a good start too as we aim to make it easier for people to get into the approach of Team Topologies by sharing the key concepts, practices and tools for adoption as well as examples of how organizations apply it. Those are quite good case studies as we aim to share the real diagrams for people to understand the design an organization is using.
