Hi everyone, rolling out a survey to product teams to start measuring customer satisfaction every quarter, any recommendations you have?
recommendations may be broad, that is fine, I want it to be very lean to get both quantitative and qualitative feedback

I setup a survey to get input on the daily struggles teams face (to take away the assumptions) And to ask them, what we could do as a platform team to make their lives easier. I can tell you the response is 'meh', it's hard to get a good number of feedback on just a few simple questions. I'm curious how yours is going. I am using LimeSurvey btw, it has a lot of options to set up and configure a survey.
