Just to understand, 65k a year for London isn’t a bit low for a decent life over there? 🤔 Cost of living isn’t increasing everywhere?

The company is based in London, but it's a remote role for anyone in the UK. I'd rather be transparent about the salary banding simple smile

It is fantastic to see the band rate, don’t get me wrong. However seeing this range it seems way lower than a few years ago. Am I wrong? Remote or hybrid options do not mean a lower cost of living, especially with the increasing cost of living in the past year or two🤷🏽‍♂️

I hear you, but I am not sure it is necessarily lower than a few years ago. I think it depends very much on context and industry. We are a healthtech start-up and we regularly benchmark our salary bands to ensure they remain competitive with the current market. Also worth considering the overall job context and the fact that it is not a senior position.
