Does anyone have an example and/or public design document for an internal developer platform? Looking to get ideas for structure.

Sorry, should have been more clear. I already have a design, I'm looking to create a design/strategy document that would be used for internal discussion/championing. I'm sure others have had to do something similar, so that is why I was reaching out here first.

i think the best tech agnostic guide anyone can offer to you is going to be the platform engineering maturity model. it’d be pretty tough for someone to generically write a doc that speaks to your stakeholders about your existing pain points, and the benefits that the platform you’re going to build will solve for them. but this model does outline all of the pillars of a platform, how far you can take each pillar, and what platform result you get from that investment. if you wanted a scientific guide without the influence of tech, this is the best i’ve seen. not what you asked for, but hoping it’s helpful to you.
