Hey @Ankush Madaan, with email being mandatory it feels like this is just fishing for leads - not so much about data survey gathering?

Hi @Luca Galante , perspective was to understand who has filled the details and is it relevant person or not who has the knowledge to fill such survey. Intention is not to use as leads.. is there a better way to gather that info and not look like a leads system ?

I would remove email as a mandatory field, and ask people for their experience etc at the beginning.
