DORA used to do cross-company benchmarking. Not sure if they ever published the data. Maybe if you do some digging. Also feels like something that DX might have researched…

i think the point that DORA makes is that their observations really hold true across business verticals and company sizes

so, to answer your question differently, what are you trying to solve for?

it’s likely you won’t find meaningful differences, similarly to what DORA did and their sample size is much broader

I understand that this metric alone might not have value, but I'm trying to identify where I stand and where others in the same business are.
