Hi everyone, I'm curious to know how different organizations structure their Platform Engineering teams. What methodologies do you use to manage your work such as Scrum, Kanban, or perhaps another approach? What have been your experiences, and what works best for your team? Looking forward to hearing your insights!

What worked best for me is a very simple approach. Non of the Kanban/Scrum and nothing heavy. Work in mini teams (3 at most). Agree on a highlight or a milestone and kick things in motion. Sync every couple of weeks to agree where focus should be next. And repeat 

The amount of things you get delivered just following these very simple way of working has remarkably exceeded what we had doing any form of Agile practises that are common in the wild. 

Surely this might not work or even possible in many orgs. Just my experience on a previous project.
