I have a product question if you do not mind. Do you support ChatOps in your Platform? What kind of automation they are triggering? I would like to understand the ChatOps use case better

I've used ONLY for approvals. If it's 'simple' enough to put in chatops, why not just fully automate the action. However, it sometimes does make sense to have a human approval before an automated action proceeds, and for that ChatOps(ish) flows are interesting.
