Architect and support tools or in-house programs

What this is referring to is not applications our engineering our building but the tools they use to build those applications. They tools are what constitute our delivery platform and architecting and supporting the tools (think tools like Github or Honeycomb or Terrform Cloud) falls to the platform engineering team.
