Nah, Terragrunt is great. I use Terramate though.

01/31/2025, 4:27 PMI resisted using a wrapper for orchestration for a long time thinking it would create more complexity than I was reducing... but it really helps.
Also, if you're going that route, you're probably headed in the right direction... keeping stacks small and organizing them based on dependencies. This is the way that modern tofu/terraform should be written.
