👋 Hey folks, I'm looking for a good survey about the platform we have already out there to understand opportunities (needs/problems/desires). I was thinking of using the opportunity score framework, so asking for each platform's components how satistified the user is and then how much important is that component. But probably there are better way to draft this kind of surveys. Any hint?

Surveys are good, but this will not give you full picture and only scratch the surface. I recommend Value Proposition Canvas exercise for existing Platforms ;) choose 10-20% of teams, the more different the better - and play it with the representatives.
