This could have been written (the techniques and frustrations) about a migration we did last year that touched every service. 😱

A couple other things we did that seemed to help:
• we set up a dashboard to track team-level progress - this helped to visualize for everyone what efforts were being made, and what was left to do
• as we got closer to crunch time, we started having regular “office hours” to help anyone struggling to get across the finish line
