Good evening all. Does anyone have experience of building a PE culture, team and practice in what is fundamentally still an on-premises centric organisation? Most IDP tools seem to be cloud focused (understandably) but the organisation I work for is not ready for that today (regulation, politics etc)

Hey @R P! Do not worry about the location of your IDP too much - the general process is still the same. Your requirements will be different and as such your choice of tooling and needed capabilities of your IDP will be different than one that is also catering to the cloud as a landing zone.

Thanks @Clemens Jütte. I should have clarified - what I meant was (irrespective of IDP location) many products seem to assume infra is all now in public cloud - whereas that is not a short to medium term reality for my organisation. Are there products that can manage/deploy/orchestrate both types of environment?
