…except qualfied people that don’t happen to have a technical degree. 🙃 Not sure how much influence you have on the job description, but that’s line is going to cut out a lot of qualified people: people that can do that job, but don’t have the degree, and people that do have a degree but don’t want to work for someone that only pays lip service to developing an inclusive environment.
