## About the Role

## Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead our US branch operations from inception to market leadership
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for the American market
- Navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks in the US technology sector
- Build and manage high-performing teams across AI and blockchain initiatives
- Drive business development and strategic partnerships in the US market
- Ensure compliance with US legal requirements and industry regulations
- Represent the company at industry events, investor meetings, and regulatory discussions
- Collaborate with Singapore headquarters on global strategy alignment

## Must-Have Qualifications:
- **Native English Speaker** - Essential for effective communication with US stakeholders
- **CEO-level experience** with proven track record in executive leadership
- **Deep expertise in AI technologies** and their commercial applications
- **Comprehensive knowledge of blockchain technology** and cryptocurrency ecosystems
- **Strong legal acumen** with understanding of US technology regulations and compliance
- Experience establishing US operations for international companies
- Track record of scaling technology startups from early stage to growth
- Strong network within US technology, AI, and blockchain communities
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
