Hey all, quick question: We're at the dawn of our very own platform engineering team and I'm looking to write a survey for our dev teams to identify pain points in our current setup to find the best places we can add value. What kinds of questions would you ask in a survey like that?

Hi Danny - At Twilio we used to do a very high level NPS style survey first (e.g. I am satisifed with the tools that I need to build my application (rate 0-10) I am satisified with the tools that I need to deploy my application (rate 0-10) and so on..we had about 8 questions with an open comment for each question - I don't remember all of them now but it was the for the major area of services that plat eng provided.
