Hey everyone, for a friend of mine, I am looking for a freelancer to help with a technology transformation program of SaaS company. They are currently on-prem and on a monolithically architecture and are currently planning how to modernize their tech stack and how to migrate into the cloud, being part of a recent private equity acquisition program. Help is needed is to run a series of workshops on site in Germany to define a target picture for their technology stack and craft an implementation plan What's needed: • Previous experience as CTO / Senior Staff Eng, driving large scale transformations • Hands-on programming experience in the last couple of years (opposite of "ivory tower architects") • On-prem to cloud native migration experience and experience in both worlds • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally ERP / finance • German speaking is a MUST. • Short-term availability in November / December, freelancing Does anyone know anyone?
